Paysafe is growing in Bulgaria and we are looking for a Junior Payroll Specialist to join our HR team and help support the business.

What to expect:
Administer new hires process, changes in the labor relationship, termination processes and related documentation
Maintain personnel files of the employees and employee records in the internal HR and payroll systems
Participate in a monthly payroll process- make sick leaves records, maternity &paternity leaves, internal benefit policies records, some payroll related calculations
Participate in the preparation and maintaining labor-related documents – labor books, income statements
Knowledge of Bulgarian Labor code and other payroll related regulations
Work closely with Senior Payroll specialist and Payroll Manager

To be successful you need to have:
Very good computer skills
Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks in an accurate manner
Experience with specialized HR and payroll software systems
Working knowledge of English
At least 2 years of experience in the payroll field - advantage
