YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create a culture of openness in the team, while developing the talents of direct reports, always leading by example.

Business partnering:

Category and Brand profitability – tracking of monthly financial performance
Value Chains for new products/ innovations
Development of business cases for commercial projects
Keep close collaboration with wide-range of teams from Finance, Marketing , Supply Chain, External partners, group teams
Governance

Period end closing activities assuring correct P&L reflection of all relevant data
Execution of value sharing models in place with external brand owners
Active participation in Business Planning and quarterly Rolling estimation processes
Financial reporting, analyses and control of all marketing budgets and OPEX

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Must haves:

Higher university degree in the area of Finance/Accounting.
Understanding of financial statements and relationship between them.
At least 6 years relevant work experience in the area of Finance planning, reporting, analysis, control/ Commercial Finance
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Being curious about new technologies
Ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure
Fluency in English
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Will be considered advantage:

7-8 years of relevant work experience
Enrollment in CIMA/ACCA/CFA
Previous experience with ERP SAP, Power BI will be considered strong advantage
