ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

As an Application Maintenance Services Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that all business teams have a seamless customer experience and service excellence in problem management, provided by external vendors. As a single point of contact for the Business Solutions and Systems Product support in the area of Reporting and Advance analytics, you will focus on integrating the services from existing and new products support models/services.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

->Coordinate the incoming incidents, Service requests & Changes and ensure that all requests in the Finance area are completed in timely and with high manner;
->Organize Regular routines/meetings with the vendors in the Area of AMS
->Conduct service review meetings, review performance KBIs, SLA and system availability with the respective stakeholders
->Manage the Agile Releases of the applications to the respective areas, including SAP, Cloud and other.
->Orchestrate regular meetings for Change Request assessment and ensure final decision in the system
->Support the execution of financial control on the vendors for the respective areas – perform audit of the volumes and check invoices.
->Analyze the knowledge for the products/processes and initiate, coordinate and attend trainings for business users addressing gaps in the respective area

->You are a Talented, Engaged & Capable Person
->You have 3+ years working experience in IT and min 2 years of practical experience with SAP FICO
->Experience with Finance and Accounting will be consider as advantage
->Experience with building SAP BW/SAC reporting/ building data insights will be consider as advantage
->Strong computer skills - Excel proficiency is a must
->You have been working with ITIL framework
->our certification for Agile/Scrum/DEVOPS will be a strong advantage
->Strong business awareness with excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
