They are looking for an experienced and motivated B2B Clients Onboarding Specialist with English to to join their expanding team. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve processes.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day account creation and data input tasks;
• Execute and follow specific procedures to onboard various international clients of the payment platform;
• Support the initial configuration and use of the specific services;
• Assist with basic troubleshooting technical issues upon creation and provide follow up support to resolve queries.

Requirements for the role:

• Excellent command of English;

• Experience in online payment is an advantage;
• Great communication skills and team player mindset;
• Keen attention to detail.
