We are looking for an experienced and driven Junior Procurement Specialist - an intern in our office in Sofia (with a possibility to work remotely), who will be working with suppliers and internal teams from different countries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintaining the administrative activity in the Procurement Department
Market research, looking for suitable purchasing solutions and negotiation with suppliers
Order placement to suppliers of hardware, software, IT services (globally)
Submitting Purchase Requests for approval in SAP Concur
Other obligations related to the position and tasks from Procurement Managers
REQUIREMENTS:

Completed higher education or in a process of its achieving (e.g. last year before graduation or distance/evening classes, if it allows you to work standard business hours (09:00 -18:00 (10:00 – 19:00) 5/7)
Proficiency in English (starting from Upper Intermediate)
Very good computer skills
Very good organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Initiative and taking responsibility
