For one of our clients – leading software supplier in the field betting. We are searching for
driven and experienced analytical thinkers for the role of Experienced Payments Coordinator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Dealing with integrating payment method in BO;
* Keeping track and evaluating daily payment methods effectiveness, approval ratio statuses,
suggest improvements and provide reports;
* Mediating between tech teams and mange problems and their resolving in time;
* Guiding and finishing internal team’s ad hoc operational request with partners;
* Taking part in periodic conference calls with partners, discussing potential issues and solutions;
* Following and analyzing per market regulatory requirements and potential effect on payments solutions;
* Maintaining knowledge of performance benchmarks, trends and best practices in the industry;
* Providing support for new payments options launches and partner onboarding;
* Helping with creation of training materials related to payments method coordination.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years proven experience in operations (experience working in payroll,
payments, or financial services company preferred);
* Strong practical and technical understanding of online payments solutions;
* Operational knowledge of high volume ACH payments processing, reverse wire, and real-
time payments (experience with Playtech IMS Backoffice systems is an advantage);
* Understanding of risk management, fraud mitigation, and collections;
* Proficiency in data analysis (gathering, synthesizing, analyzing, and prioritizing);
* Experience with multitasking and coordinating priorities;
* Ability to pay attention to detail and provide speedy execution in a fast-paced environment;
* Superb interpersonal skills allowing good communication with customers and management.
