Paysafe has some ambitious goals to deliver a best in class Finance Function in a growing company. This role resides within Project Delivery, and will partner with Group and Divisional Finance Teams, to deliver those goals.

We are a team of Project Managers, who are designing the target Operating Model, consulting on processes best practice and implementing system solutions across the Finance organization. We are looking for someone who has a deep level of knowledge and experience in both Finance and Change Management. One hour you might be leading a detailed conversation about how to fix one of our processes or systems, the next hour you’ll be explaining how your project will deliver our Finance goals to senior stakeholders.

What you will do:

• Project Establishment - Define and build the project charter leveraging analytical skills, judgement, prior experience and the knowledge from SME’s to help define the project objectives, success criteria, governance structure and a delivery plan that sets the project up for success.
• Design - Advise on best practices, bring your knowledge and judgment to the solutions design
• Execution – Guide and manage the project(s) in every aspect, including overseeing technology, processes and change management. This will include accountability to carefully manage stakeholder expectations ensuring no miscommunications or misunderstandings.
• Planning, Monitoring and Controlling – Develop a comprehensive project management plan. Manage, track and monitor all project activities, control quality standards, and communication to stakeholders.
• Closing – Ensure project objectives have been met and internal customers have signed-off on a successful project.


To be successful you need to have:

• Fluent English
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) approx. 2 Years PQE,
• Finance project delivery experience, with particular focus on financial reporting, controls and common financial processes.
• Expertise leveraging both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Flexible enough to manage projects in an environment that can be ambiguous and/or rapidly growing and changing

Considered a plus:

• Recognised Project Management qualification (Prince2, Agile, APM etc).
• Experience working in Financial services industry
• Experience working in global projects with dispersed teams operating across numerous time zones.
