MARKETING LOYALTY SPECIALIST
Job Description
in this role, you will manage, launch, promote and sustain a portfolio of marketing activities for IKEA loyalty customer base, to the agreed standards. You aim to boost customers’ engagement by surprising and delighting them every day.

Areas of responsibility:
IKEA Family Program

Grow IKEA loyalty customer base by implementing communication activities based on the company’s commercial calendar and in line with the marketing plan.
Generate insights that lead actions for engagement growth.
Participate, lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders by bringing the voice of the customer to them.
Secure IKEA loyalty content in all customer meeting points is up to date.

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in the field of Marketing or relevant
At least 4 years of experience in multinational environment in marketing, consumer research, CRM or any relevant experience working on the client side
Technical understanding and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, E-Mail/SMS/Viber marketing, communication automation and CDPs
Track record in delivering customer journey improvement
Can use dashboards and databases for developing reports and insights capabilities
Have excellent analytical and reporting skills
Good understanding of statistics and model generation
Foreign languages and level of proficiency: Bulgarian and English: excellent
Able to coordinate complex projects and successfully manage tough deadlines across team-external stakeholders
Excellent communication, influencing and organizational skills.
