Join BSS, our Commercial Digital Solutions team is looking for an entrepreneurial Technology Partner to co-create efficiently with our internal business teams!

As a Digital Commerce SCRUM MASTER your main role will be to lead the development of DevOps Teams in the area of D2C, B2B. B2B2C and eRetail. You will be working with internal customers and Solutions across 28 countries as part of Coca Cola Hellenic Group and maintaining relationship with divers senior stakeholders.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for establishing, organizing and managing the DevOps process of innovative Products & Platforms in Digital Commerce space;
Manage the finance and funding of the DevOps team that consist of internal and external professionals;
Work in close collaboration with the Product Manager, Platform Architect and Dev Team in managing backlog coming from Central and Country teams;
Ensure successful Service activation for delivered solutions/functionalities through effective vendor management and internal team management;
Ensures that the processes of Test Management, Training Plan, Change Management are in place and executed with the required quality along with DevOps routines
Learn the new solutions and being able to deploy them in multiple markets with minimum supervision

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:
I am a Talented, Engaged & Capable Person;
I want to learn and grow in a unique cross-country/functional environment;
I have 2+ years as Scrum Master in Software Development&Configuration space
I lead by demonstrating and evangelizing the Scrum values every day
I am certified Scrum Master or I am about to get certification
Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOp will be considered as strong advantage
I am passionate about Digital and have experience in working with B2B or D2C platforms
Excellent communication and social skills
I am a fluent English speaker with capable writing skills;
HOW YOU’LL KNOW THAT YOU’RE SUCCESSFUL:

Be able to apply different project and program management approaches and management techniques (agile & classical waterfall) where appropriate, efficient and as per stakeholder needs (e.g. Design Thinking, User Stories, SCRUM, Scaled Agile Framework etc.).
