General duties:
Participate in design, development and delivery of Business acumen, Leadership and Talent development programs.
Analyze training needs and design tailor-made, result-oriented training solutions.
Build and implement training programs through internal collaboration with subject matter experts.
Act as a key learning and development partner for business lines in the company by providing tailor-made, comprehensive or bite-size trainings.
Participate in projects related to talent management and succession planning in the Bank.
Align the training programs and initiatives with the career development and succession planning strategies of the Bank.
Utilize a variety of contemporary tools and techniques, including e-learning, coaching and interactive workshop sessions.
Evaluate and report the effectiveness of training programs using business KPIs, surveys, deep-dive interviews and structured observations.
Support vendor selection and participate in training design, coordination and implementation
Training budget tracking.

Requirements:
Previous work experience in similar role – at least 2 years, preferably in outsourcing, finance and accounting, banking or professional services.
Experience in training design, content creation and training delivery.
University degree (Economics, Business administration, HR Management or other).
Fluency in English (B2 level is a must).
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Responsible, creative and positive approach towards processes and activities.
Critical thinking and analytical capabilities
