What you will do:

• Responsible for divisional P&L, BS and CF reporting - monthly, quarterly, annually
• Control over divisional OPEX spend -ensure actuals are correct, build understanding, explain variances vs forecast and budget
• Ownership over divisional VAT costs - understand drivers per entity, control over accruals, assist in forecasting and reporting
• Assistance with Group reporting tool (HFM) on data load, mapping changes, ensure proper presentation of divisional P&L, BS and CF
• Overlook divisional intercompany transfer pricing process
• Participate and lead finance projects for system improvements, reporting optimization and other ad-hoc projects within controlling team
• Drive process and systems efficiencies in all areas of responsibility. Review and critically assess current systems in order to assess and recommend ways to achieve maximum optimization
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of internal financial controls and seek improvements

To be successful you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field
• Part-qualified ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• Proficiency in English
• Strong IFRS knowledge
• At least 3 years’ experience in an audit or commercial environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to be agile and adaptable.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and resources effectively, while meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
• Hands-on, proactive, takes initiative in problems solving and is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Highly personable and energetic relationship builder, adapt at carving strong bonds within your team and across the organization.
• Diligent about detail, care about context and can always see the bigger picture.
• Able to juggle a varied and challenging workload, ruthless prioritization comes naturally, but so does delegating to the team.
