looking for –Insurance Claims Coordinator with Dutch, German, French, Greek, Portuguese or English. If you want to explore new horizons and want to know more about the best practices in this industry, then this might be the right position for you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providе information to clients of the company’s insurance services;
* Participate in the claims investigation process;
* Keep all files and internal documents up to date and accurately recorded;
* Monitor and enter gathered data and provide reports based on the collected details;
* Support other members of the team where needed in claims management;

Requirements:
* Proficiency Dutch, German, French, Greek, Portuguese and/or English;
* Good general computer literacy;
* Previous experience in customer support environment is considered an advantage;
* Capability to communicate effectively and create collaborative relationships;
