Accounts Payable Subject Matter Expert
with English and/or German
Main responsibilities:
• Analysing of the vendors balances, data;
• Finding process gaps and possibilities for improvements;
• Preparation of presentations showing the results from the various analysis to all affected stakeholders and proposing action plans;
• Coding and posting purchase ledger invoices, expenses and direct debits.
• Responsible for ensuring the accounts payable ledger is accurate and up to date at all times.

Job requirements:
• Experience within AP/I2P process at least 2 years;
• Fluent in English and/or German language;
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar;
• Excellent skills to work with MS Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good communication skills; teamwork spirit; ability to follow deadlines.
