Our partner is an innovative company specialized in mobile and POS payment services. Currently, they are looking for motivated specialists to join their multinational team on the position:
Risk Management Analyst
Main responsibilities:
Applying risk management activities and practices, supporting the portfolio of new and existing eCommerce clients;
Monitor and analyze the potential risk of fraud through regular transaction checks and data analysis;
Provide timely information and communicate with partners and merchants on the status of specific dispute cases;
Participate in the implementation and proper use of risk control systems;
Provide reports and information related to dispute management fees.

Job requirements:
Proficiency in Excel;
Fluency in written and spoken English (B2-C1);
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
Experience in a financial institution, preferably in card payments dispute management is considered as an advanatage;
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
