Your Role and Responsibilities
The TSS UKI Field teams perform hardware maintenance support to a variety of clients and different product types including – Remote and in Branch ATM and Banking technology support, Field support for PC products including the Lenovo Thinkpad and Apple Macbook range, Field and Onsite Dedicated Data Centre support for IBM Logo and Multi-Vendor products including server, storage and network devices for key IBM clients including the UK Integrated Accounts (RBS, LBG, HSBC, Barclays, Vodafone, Unilever) as well as field support working on behalf of key clients including Cisco, Apple & Lenovo.
This complex delivery model requires specific & detailed data management and analysis in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the UK field force to our client, our client governance teams as well as the business leadership teams in the UK and European Geo teams. The data requires harvesting, sanitizing, analyzing and presenting. Ideally the Reporting Analyst will spot trends and anomalies, be able to forecast impacts or future changes and make business recommendations for action. The candidate will work closely with the Operations Managers for the ATM & Systems teams as well as the Field Services Leader. They will be expected to participate in regular daily calls and prepare data and analysis for reviews and discussions. There will also be the need for some administration and maintenance of records. They will need to be proficient with MS-Excel and other typical reporting tools.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
– Methodical approach to data capture and analysis, proven ability to assess data reports and to help others see trends or anomalies;
– Proficiency in MS-Excel, ability to consolidate data, connect to external data sources. Create compaund of complex formulas and charting data and formatting it;
– Committed to deliver and achieve on all work items, ability to take on new un-familar work items and delivery effectively;
– Organized and flexible with productive time management skills, ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative;
– Resourceful, performing well under pressure and achieving deadlines;
– Able to participate and contribute to team based decision making and present output of work performed to the UK field management team;
– Fluency in English – both written and verbal.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
– Ability to create macros & VBA codes
– Previous experience in a similar role an advantage
– Effective at planning and prioritising work to make best use of resources available
– Show high attention to details
– Able to work as part of a team player
– Ability to identify root causes of problems
