Trainee Business Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Responsible for active communication with international corporate clients;
Supports the team in preparation offers, contracts and discounts;
Support sales department and logistics processes;
Prepare different reports and analysis for sales department;
Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change;
Daily communication with CEO about status of projects;
Requirements:
Experience on a sales support role minimum 1 year
Bachelor's Degree in University - Ekonomics, Business Administration, Technical sciences.
Good command in English – B2;
Highly organized, able to work under pressure, to deadlines and ability to multi-task;
Excellent level of MS Office (Excel);
Basic knowledge with MS Dynamics, Navision or Qlick Sense, PIVOT tables – An advantage;
