YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assess the credit risk as per defined rules and manage a workflow for appropriate approvals
• Conduct credit checks on all customers, manages credit limits, and works in a proactive way to minimize risk exposures
• Balance risk and growth objectives by providing a strong link to the commercial, and actively supporting Credit/Risk analyses and reviews
• Regular review and analysis of the customer credit terms
• Maintain all controls and procedures to ensure compliance with Coca-Cola Hellenic and local policies and legislation, as well as internal controls
• Develop and maintain effective communication, interaction, and excellent relationship with internal and external customers
• Participate in initiatives to increase process efficiency
• Execute daily activities with the assistance of robotics and ERP automation

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
• Fluency in Romanian & English, both written and verbal
• University degree in Finance, Economics or any other relevant field
• Experienced user of MS applications
• Minimum 1,5 years of experience in Credit Management and/or Accounts Receivable, preferably in an FMCG company
• Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
• Ability to work with strict and tight deadlines
• Action-oriented, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Very good customer service skills, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills
