PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
As a Market to Cash FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering reports and business insights to support key business decisions. You will lead efforts to improve and automate MTC FP&A reporting, implementing new technologies, and designing new reports based on business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the delivery of business analytics in the MTC FP&A area to support strategic business decisions.
Design and implement improvements and automation in MTC work processes and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver MTC/PTP FP&A concepts for analytics and insightful reporting.
Partner with BSO, country stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure timely and high-quality reporting.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, managing end-to-end reporting processes for lean and effective execution.
Deliver on-time and accurate business information to key stakeholders through powerful reporting engines.
Provide analysis and narratives on data analyzed, incorporating improvement actions.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools, advanced Excel (including VBA), and ERP systems (SAP/SAP BW preferred).
Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting systems is advantageous.
Fluency in English.
At least 2 years of analytics and insights, database maintenance experience, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Previous experience in finance or accounting is advantageous.
In-depth understanding of order-to-cash processes is considered as plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
