YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage cash allocations of incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Execute financial balance reconciliations of customers in an accurate and timely manner
Prepare bad debt write off calculations and reports
Actively collaborate in the analysis of the Accounts Receivable ledger to provide for amounts, which are potentially at risk
Maintain all controls and procedures to ensure compliance with Coca-Cola Hellenic and local policies and legislation, as well as internal controls
Promote, develops and maintain effective communication, interactions, and excellent relationships with internal and external customers
Drive initiatives to increase process efficiency, standardization and redesign in line with the business needs

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
Previous experience in Finance (Accounting) or Accounts Receivable/ Collections will be considered an advantage
Experience with a focus on customer service in a multinational environment and/or experience in Shared Services is considered as an advantage
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another business-related field
Experienced user of MS applications
Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
