What you will do:
Carrying out risk-based due diligence of new clients and business partners during and after the on-boarding process in accordance with external and internal policies relating to anti-money-laundering regulations and the financing of terrorism acts
Periodic due diligence checks of existing clients and business partners
Handling PeP/sanctions queries and verification of results
Working closely with the internal Operations Department, who are responsible for customer on-boarding, and the international Compliance Team
Carrying out standardized control measures as well as assisting with the preparation of regular reports
Participation in internal projects concerning product development and new markets
Pro-actively assisting in the development of existing systems and guidelines reviewing and optimizing of core business processes
Ensuring that the qualitative and quantitative targets, set by the management are met.
Ensuring that the ad hoc projects, assigned by the management are properly completed in the set deadlines
Ensuring proper record Keeping of Assurance checks’ results
Supporting Management with preparing KPI’s, MI and internal and external Audits
Supporting the management in their work as well as the rest of the team members with training, advice and expertise.

To be successful you need to have
2+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a company dealing with online payments)
Excellent command of ENGLISH language
Good knowledge about how online payments work, major players, brands, etc.
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with Excel (incl. advanced functionalities)
Sound communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills and pro-active thinking
Attention to details and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to meet deadlines working under pressure
