AN ALL New Tech LTD is the Bulgaria office division for the multiple regulated investments firm AN Allnew Investments LTD leading broker of online foreign exchange (forex) trading, CFD trading, and financial investments. We are looking for an experienced Assistance controller to join our Finance team oversee Reconciliation processes. Candidates with background experience of more than 3 years would be considered with higher priority!

Your Duties:
• Full responsibility for company books.
• Responsibility of General ledger reconciliations.
• Responsibility of Credit card & PSP reconciliations.
• Responsibility Account reconciliations such as bank & billings etc.
• Full responsibility of reconciliations & Bookkeeping Department.
• Accounting support to the Payments Departments.
• Budget Planer and budgetary control (Implementation of Budget tools in NetSuite).
• Helping To the controller of the company with subsidiaries.
• Performing daily financial reporting such as reconciliations Report.
• Help with Supporting the month End Process.
• Help with Yearly solo and consolidate FS.
• Generating month end reports.

The ideal candidate has:
• Excellent English – both verbal and written.
• CPA with local GAAP and IFRS Knowledge.
• Proven experience with Reconciliation process in financial companies.
• Experience with bookkeeping For General ledger reconciliations.
• Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties.
• Knowledge and experience with NetSuite – Must!
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Excellent excel skills.
