Essential duties:
Review of daily transaction flow.
Investigation of different fraud and money laundering patterns and taking relevant actions in accordance with internal procedures and processes.
Users activity, accounts and documents evaluation and monitoring.
Тimely and efficient reporting of transactions considered suspicious.
Stay current with money laundering and terrorist financing behaviors and fraud trends, issues, policies, regulations, criminal typologies, industry best practices, and developing trends.
Participate in developing and testing of new tools and improvements to the existing products.
Communication with merchants, financial institutions and authorities.
Understand product specific AML and fraud risks and provide expertise for appropriate automated or manual solutions to mitigate those risks.
Research and understand changes in regulations.
Investigation of cases reported by external parties including but not limited to banks, merchants, acquirers, payment partners.
Understand Consumer concerns and problems, involve other departments to resolve them to increase Consumer satisfaction.
Deliver accurate administration and follow the high standards of the company in regards to quality and timeliness of responses.

Your profile:
Experience with data analysis
Superb analytical skills
Ability to organize and analyze complex data sets
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Working with advanced data sets, pivot tables, statistical functions
Internet knowledge
General understanding of fraud and AML and suspicious activity, transaction monitoring, analytical tools, KYC is an advantage
Foreign language: English and additional is a plus
Working on shifts as well as on weekends and holiday
SQL knowledge is a plus
