YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct credit checks on all customers, manage limits, and work in a proactive way to minimize risk exposures
Accurate completing of customer accounts
Ensure that all receipts from customers are applied in a timely and accurate manner to their accounts, reconciliations are accurate and timely
Ensure the analysis of the Accounts Receivable ledger to provide for amounts, which are potentially at risk, in line with Corporate Bad Debt Accounting policy
Apply incoming cash on time
Prepare bad debt write off requests
Forward/escalate requests – AR refunds, reversing incorrect cash allocation, bad debt provision, installment plan
Support and interact with both internal and external customers locally and internationally
Provide high-quality dispute resolution

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:
Degree of Finance, Economics, Accounting or any other relevant field
1-2 years accounting experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Management, preferably in FMCG company
Fluency in English both written and verbal
Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
Experienced user of MS applications
Ability to work with strict and tight deadlines
Action-oriented, with attention to detail and accuracy
Very good customer service skills, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills
