We are looking for:Senior Internal Auditor, Regulatory Risk



Job responsibilities:

Evaluates bank processes and internal control environment efficiency and sufficiency
Plans, organizes and executes audit engagements
Identifies inherent and residual risks levels
Provides recommendations for process improvements, internal regulations and operational activity aiming to mitigate the risks occurrence;
Documents the audits (assignments, testing, conclusions, audit reports, etc.);
Participates in risk assessment and planning of audit resources and audit projects
Performs follow-up on implementation status of audit recommendations
Prepares audit analysis and contributes to audit reporting
Conduct specialized operational audits on Capital and Risk management efficiency and regulatory compliance with focus on :
ICAAP, ILAAP, methodology, calculations, stress tests validation, including linked processes of provisioning, internal group exposures, related parties, transfer pricing, purchased portfolios
Bank recovery and resolution Plan
ESG/Green Deal - risks identification, assessment, and incorporation of risk management framework
Model management
Basel Committee on Banking Supervision's standard number 239. "Principles for effective risk data aggregation and risk reporting"


Job requirements
Requirements:

Experienced auditor in banking industry with strong understanding of Bank Risk Management:
management of focused/specialized portfolio of audits
ensure adequate planning of regulatory required audits
experience in risk-based planning for annual audit plan
Agile professional with an ability to think strategically & execute tactically
Business acumen, internal consulting skills, strong communications skills, and project management skills
Strong ability to work independently, however, value the advantage of co-creation and collaboration
Analytical data savvy mind set with attention to detail
Self Starter, Proactive and Solution-orientated
Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
