The role will support the financial management oversight and reporting of the Group Technology costs across all Paysafe divisions employing a collaborative business partnering approach to support the senior IT leadership team on all operational and capital investment and resourcing decisions.



The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Group Finance team assisting in the management of the Corporate and Shared cost base, supporting the Senior Finance Business Partner - Technology and the Paysafe Senior Leadership Team optimising Horizontal costs - providing analytics, summaries and presentations which provide transparency and actionable insights.



What to expect:

Business Function focus: responsible for the Technology cost base
Support the month end and quarterly reporting process, cost and business performance reviews, feeding into the Group reporting process
Engagement with the Finance Shared Service Centre to interrogate underlying performance
Drill-down and analyse all Technology cost centres across all divisions: Headcount, Contractors, Capitalisation, Third Party Spend
Control / analyse / report P&L & CAPEX Actuals: undertake monthly reviews against Budget and Forecasts with the teams supported
Identify key trends and risks and opportunities
Monthly performance reviews with Technology senior managers and divisional finance teams, to review spend against forecast, with focus on third-party spend, ensuring: alignment with divisional finance teams, alignment with Group Procurement, transparency of future commitments and cash-flow projections
Support the group forecast process for Technology functions
Quarterly forecasts / budget / long term plans/ adhoc financial analysis and reports
Application of relevant accounting standards and controls to ensure continual application and alignment with Group accounting policy
Process: Focus on SoX and oversight of close procedure documentation and controls
Provide analytical support to key stakeholders including the Senior Leadership Team, cost centre owners and Group Finance teams including Controllership, Tax and Treasury
Production and presentation of regular value add reporting
Identification and resolution of actions in order to ensure targets are achieved
Review of Project Charters for Technology Horizontals and oversight of Project, Programme and Value Stream Spend
Support Shared Allocation calculation process including communication and ownership with Technology Leadership Team
Support continuous improvement/Automation of reporting, controls, insights and processes
Ad hoc support to the Senior Finance Business Partner - Technology and the wider team as required


Your Profile:

ACA, ACCA or CIMA accreditation
Commercial finance professional with financial/ management accounting / business performance reporting experience
Experienced Business Partner (at least 5 years)
Prior experience in Global Finance Organisation desired
Strong influencing and relationship building skills are a necessity
Knowledge of HFM/ePBCS and EBS desirable
Strong interpersonal skills – comfortable working with Senior Leaders
Good business acumen
Ability to initiate and lead change
Excellent numeracy skills
Dynamic and self-motivated
Excellent presentation skills
Advanced MS Excel skills (financial analysis, graphs, pivot tables, vlookups).
Highly organized, able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment, and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills with an ability to summarise matters concisely both verbally, in written and presentation forms
An excellent team player with the ability to work proactively
Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and broader finance and business community with resilience to challenge
