General duties
Assists in the development, implementation and optimization of IT processes (e.g. incident management, change, configuration, problem management, etc.);
Assists in the development, implementation and optimization of reports on monitoring IT service indicators such as availability, performance, SLA, etc. in Power BI.
Collaborates with various IT and business teams to ensure consistency between IT services and business goals. Maintains communication between technical and business stakeholders;
Participates in the annual review of documentation: rules, procedures, manuals and instructions;


Requirements
4th year Bachelor's or Master's degree
Have English level Intermediate or higher
Knowledge in IT processes and management. ITIL certification is an advantage
