Currently, we are looking to recruit a seasoned professional for the position of Training and Development Expert
who will join our Human Resources department within theTraining and development team.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

■ Design and implement training programs with a strong focus to expand on the talents and skills across all employees at the levels within the Bank
■ Act as a key learning and development partner for business lines in the company by providing to the managers tailored made training and performance programs for developing leaders, talents and key people in the Bank
■ Participate and actively involved in projects related to talents management and succession planning in the Bank
■ Work closely with the various leaders across the company and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements
■ Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, coaching and interactive workshop sessions
■ Design training programs and deliver trainings in line with the development strategy of the Bank
■ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and by observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones


Skills and Experience Required:

■ Previous work experience in similar role – at least 3 years
■ University degree (Economics, Business administration, HR Management)
■ Fluency in English
■ Strong developed organizational skills
■ Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
■ Responsible, creative and positive approach towards processes and activities
