The Role & Key Responsibilities:
The Role:

We are currently looking for a Product Analyst to join European Depositary Bank’s Digital Bank (DB). The role will be based in TBD and will focus on product analysis and development for the Digital Bank, plus play a role within the EDB DB product team. Key duties and responsibilities:

Product Analysis

Apply a structured methodology to gather, consolidate and report enhancements shared by customers and the internal teams;
Analyze, synthesize, and prioritize enhancements based on EDB Digital Banking’s strategic goals;
Work with cross-functional teams to bring the enhancements to the DB platform;
Continuously test the product and support other internal teams with the testing process;
Support the design and delivery of change communication to all stakeholders.
Product Development

Evaluate EDB / APEX Groups products and compare them against the industry and customer needs;
Develop new product proposals and turn them into requirements;
Work closely with the tech team to evolve requirements into wireframes, specifications, and user stories;
Provide support with product reviews and managing product feedback across the platform;
Support the end-to-end roll-out of products to customers and across internal teams .

Skills Required:
Bachelor or master’s degree in a computer science or business-related topic;
2+ years of relevant work experience in a product analysis or development or management related role (Fintech startup experience is a strong plus);
Passionate about Fintech and knowledgeable about the current market landscape;
Extensive experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and the Microsoft Suite;
Ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment;
Able to solve challenges and determine the root cause of the issue;
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills;
Team player and articulate communicator;
Willingness to thrive and learn in an international environment;
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
