A new Global Shared Service Center is opening in Sofia. The company operates as a global B2B information-services business and has been present in Bulgaria for many years.

The new GSSC will be playing the role of the finance transaction processing center covering Europe and North America transactions for P2P, O2C and R2R.

We are looking for a knowledgeable candidate for on the position:

Reporting & Controls Analyst-New GSSC

Accurate reporting of KPIs enable improved service to business and robust controls testing and remediation reduce risk of fraud or error and prepare, report on delivery of KPIs to give assurance of effectiveness of internal controls within the department and provide internal communications across the SSC and to stakeholders

Responsibilities:
Deliver regular reporting requirements including analysis of KPIs to meet the needs of finance and the business area and influence leadership to make more effective financial decisions
Carry out monthly internal controls testing as directed, highlight any areas of concern in order to mitigate any associated risks
Develop and maintain adequate systems and processes to support effective planning, monitoring and reporting of KPIs.
Review and recommend improvements to existing or new reports and to create efficiency and reduce non-essential workload.
Develop monthly newsletter for SSC employees and prepare all presentations as directed for Ops Tower lead or Head of SSC
The successful candidate is someone who owns:
Basic administrative experience working within a Finance functions
Good communication skills
Ability to follow processes and use judgement within defined procedures
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Personal Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field required.
Excellent oral and written skills in English;
Basic knowledge of MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint
