A new Global Shared Service Center is opening in Sofia. The company operates as a global B2B information-services business and has been present in Bulgaria for many years.


We are looking for our client for a competent and motivated professional to join their team on the position of:


Transition Manager - Project based


The Transition Manager will plan and deliver a transition plan to take on services in the SSC from the legacy locations and plan integration into applicable tower, including training and transformation activity.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with SSC implementation partner, Tower leads and Head of SSC to understand Knowledge Capture (KC) plan and ensure Knowledge Transfer (KT) plan is aligned
Ensure detailed planning undertaken for KT within Tower and resources are available to receive KT
Ensure training in place in tower in NetSuite, Customer service technique, query resolution processes and escalations
Review and recommend improvements to existing processes upon transition to create immediate efficiency and reduce non-essential workload. Record benefits of all change activity undertaken.
Help develop and deliver effective project plans, including - act as point of contact between different towers and divisions
Help SSC tower stakeholders understand the reasons behind specific projects or change
Identify and mitigate any risks regarding changes
Help manage stakeholder engagement throughout the transition plan, ensuring service disruption is managed promptly
Aid the creation of Sla and OLA’s for towers with Stakeholder to hand over to tower lead at the end of transition

Requirements:
Experience of SSC transitions
Project management
Good understanding of a working SSC environment
Minimum of two years of experience on similar position
Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
Fluency in English language
Finance education is preferable
Good organizational and problem resolution skills
Ability to work to strict targets and deadlines and on own initiative, willing to learn
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team
Ability to communicate to finance and non-finance stakeholders at a senior management level
Knowledge and understanding of how finance teams operate within a PLC in a global, multi-currency environment
