On behalf of our client, a leading provider of operational leasing and fleet management, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the position of Accounting Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
• Control the assignments and bookings in accordance with the International / Bulgarian accounting standards and the group rules;
• Reporting in accordance with requirements and rules of the local legislation and rules of the company;
• Manage the accounting teams;
• Responsible for Monthly and Yearly Accounting Closing;
• Implement assignments and reporting in accordance with the requests of superiors;
• Elaboration of balance sheet and P&L accounts and all other regulatory forms;
• Cash management and fixed assets management and clearance of depreciation;
• Responsible for VAT return and related VAT issues;
• Manage tax checks/tax audits, external and internal auditors and coordinate the tasks among Accounting members;
• Responsible for executions and collection of outstanding debts;
• Project Manager for projects, defined by CEO and CFO;
• Work closely on daily issues with other managers of the company;
• Identify and manage the risk within the scope of his/her activities;
• Perform other specific tasks assigned by his/her direct Manager related to the Department activities;
• Execute the assigned tasks in compliance with the Risk Culture requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree in in Finance / Accounting;
• Minimum 3 years of experience on a similar role in international environment;
• Very good knowledge and understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards;
• Ability and experience working and implementing ERP Systems;
• Leadership style, ability to lead team effectively;
• Strong analytical thinking, time planning and organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent attention for details;
• Good problem solving and decision-making skills;
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office;
• Excellent communication and personal skills;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
