On behalf of our client, a well-established pharmaceutical company, we are looking for an experienced and responsible professional for the position of Financial Planning and Controlling Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
• Lead the Financial Strategy for the company;
• Manage the capital request, budgeting processes and prepare financial forecasts based on revenue and costs;
• Lead, organize and manage the planning, controlling and reporting financial activities of the company;
• Cash flow management;
• Prepare consolidated financial statements;
• Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements;
• Lead and manage a financial team;
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc financial analyses and reports;
• Establish and manage the financial operational and administrative procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree in in Finance / Accounting;
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Very good knowledge and understanding of local accounting standards;
• Competencies in group requirement: reporting, consolidation, budgeting, audit etc;
• Leadership style, ability to lead team effectively;
• Strong analytical thinking, time planning and organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Ability and experience working and implementing ERP Systems;
• Good problem solving and decision-making skills;
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office;
• Loyal, open-minded, hardworking, meticulous and a team player.
