You will be supporting the head of operational resiliency who has oversight responsibility for Paysafe Group and all Regulated Entities for business continuity, crisis management, physical security & insider threat.

What to expect:
Work with key stakeholders to monitor persons of interest and conduct concise and professional investigation reports
Conduct comprehensive risk evaluation and present the evidence to the appropriate stakeholders
Work with the wider Information Security team to identify and develop DLP rules
Conduct Insider Threat Risk Assessments
Triage data loss prevention alerts to assess potential risks and instigate the appropriate level of investigations
Provide Monthly Intelligence reports and ad-hoc Sit-Reps in crisis scenarios
Conduct internal investigations including CCTV and Access Control reviews
Complete comprehensive investigative reports pertaining to sensitive topics
Monitor, Review and Risk assess traveling employees on a daily basis
Administer operational resiliency toolset, including:
Provide access to various security, business continuity planning, and mass notification tools by creating users for assigned employees. Provide support to users
Identify, drive, manage and implement improvements within the tools, working with internal stakeholders as required
Work with tools’ vendors to ensure optimization to allow delivery of the tools strategy and make recommendations for enhancements and/ or replacement
Working with business continuity champions and team members, maintaining BIAs, recovery plans, risk assessments and training exercises in the business continuity planning tool
Provide support when a business disruption occurs
Perform any additional Security related duties as and when required

To be successful you need to have:
International Relations/Security Studies (or similar) is advantageous
Some Investigative experience within either a Governmental or Commercial setting is required
2/3+ years of relevant security experience
Previous analytical experience is essential
Experience in conducting an internal investigation is advantageous
Experience of working in a variety of commercial environments is beneficial
Integrity, professionalism, and discretion; individuals must be able to handle information and issues of the upmost sensitivity
Some understanding of Security and Risk Management principles
A very high standard of written & verbal English
Calm, resourceful and with the ability to make sensible decisions whilst dealing with complex and emotive problems
Previous experience investigating Insider threats is beneficial
Experience in monitoring persons of interest and conducting concise and professional investigation reports is desired
Experience using, creating, and analyzing DLP policies would be advantageous
Some experience in Insider Threat investigation is preferable
A personable and engaging individual able to present to a variety of commercial audiences
First-rate communication skills (written and verbal)
Interested in geopolitical and security issues and how such issues impact various global sectors
Create and maintain collaborative datasets for research, storage and analysis of open source and other content
Proactively looks for opportunities to make improvements to enhance the current tool set effectiveness
Strong English-language skills
