Passcon is a very fast-growing company with offices all around the world. We work in the financial sector and we have opened an office in Bulgaria 1 year ago. Currently, the team is growing a lot and Passcon opens new positions for young and ambitious people who want to pursue a career in finance. The open vacancies are both for people with experience and for people without experience to whom we will provide detailed training from the beginning.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supporting different projects for our national and international customers
• Verification of bank's new and existing clients in terms of possible financial fraud
• Responsible for the proper documentation of all compliance-related content
• Collect and analyze key information in accordance with the regulations of compliance
• Review KYC documentation and perform customer due diligence (CDD) for new client accounts and periodic CDD review on existing client accounts
• Documentation of suspicious activities as well as extensive research to define required actions
• Collaborate with team leader and colleagues
• Update customer database
• Control of possible risk
• Searching databases
• Checking customer credibility
• Generating reports on customers and/or accounts

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of English
• Computer software competency, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently; take initiative
• Ability to adapt to changes in teams and proccesses
• Attention to detail and proven ability to handle complexity
