General duties:
Initiate, manage and monitor different research projects – both internal and external – from business issue to scope, methodology and execution
Bring voice to the data – analyze what we have, what we don’t have and what we need to do in order to get there where we would like to be
Identify analytical requirements and provide mining of customer and market information to discover and analyze key business issues and opportunities
Deep dive in every project: Choose an external partner (if needed), designs research questionnaires and moderators’ guides; support the selection of respondents using the most appropriate methodology and techniques
Interpret and analyze results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining
Analyze data from advertising campaigns and website traffic, and assess the impact and suitability of different media/channels used to better target audiences
Follow up on recommendations from previous research activities
Prepare and deliver informative presentations showcasing insights and recommendations supported by data
Prepares and gathers regular competitive benchmark reports

Requirements:
Relevant university degree – Sociology/ Statistics/ Marketing/ Economy or any other related
Experience in a relevant position for a minimum of five years
Experience in managing large projects with many stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc), SPSS
Excellent command of English
Strong organizational and presentation skills, ability to effectively multitask
Responsible and creative approach towards deadlines, processes and activities
Commitment and self-initiative, team spirit, flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic constantly changing environment
