We are looking for a creative, to join the team of our partner on the position of:


Export Sales Expert


Responsibilities:
Manages the relations with current customers and distribution network in the region of Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Albania.
Monitors all existing and prospective markets, defining strategy and tactics, both for entering new and for expanding the presence of existing markets.
Identifies new business opportunities by connecting with potential customers from different countries.
Designs and implements all export strategies and the market development plan for the company's product range for the specific region.
Plans, develops and implements various commercial activities, researching of the needs and requirements of the client.
Develops and implements pricing policies and strategies, monitors compliance and analyzes the achieved results.

Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in export, preferably in the field of hand, electric and pneumatic tools and machines;
Very good computer literacy (MS Office & ERP);
Excellent self-organization and time management skills;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, problem solving skills;
Good knowledge of laws and regulations related to export;
Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written);
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Good attitude to work in team and to motivate people;
At least 3 years of experience working.
