General duties:
Perform internal and external analyses to support various strategic business and top management decisions within the bank
Create detailed financial models, which will be used as core decision-making tools in the process of developing new products, creating pricing strategies, and taking other business decisions
Participate and contribute to discussions of key projects, including presenting significant findings from the conducted analysis in front of DSK Bank’s management
Identify actions to improve the performance of DSK Bank and its local subsidiaries
Communicate and cooperate with relevant functional areas of OTP Bank and DSK Bank
Perform detailed analysis of ad-hoc business issues
Create a knowledge base with Lessons Learned and Best Practices

Requirements:
Excellent analytical and data visualization skills
Proficient knowledge of MS office tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), Oracle SQL and Power BI
Strong presentation and communication skills
Professional experience in a financial planning and analysis role in the banking industry would be considered an advantage
Proactivity, curiosity, flexibility, ability to work in teams
Professional business English knowledge (both written and oral)
