The role itself:
Partner of the contract manager and controller in fulfilling the tasks in the commercial environment of a contract to ensure its fulfillment with regard to financial project result and contract- and service-compliant execution. Management of the contractual environment (service providers, third parties), support in maintaining risk management in the project, support of financial processes within the contract, including active customer contact if required.

Responsibilities:
- Projects with medium to high complexity for customers with low to medium business volume in one area of ​responsibility
- Support in the creation and analysis of project calculations in the offer process (fixed-price projects; internal and external suppliers; financing models, international issues)
- Preparation and creation of contract data within the project lifecycle process (project creation, invoicing, project completion, project maintenance) including corresponding plausibility checks
- Support of customer-relevant receivables management (content check of correct invoicing, includes all Atos-specific tools)
- Implementation of value flows including processes for obtaining/resolving billing-relevant data;
- Contact person for internal audits and auditors in collaboration with the contract controller
- Preparation of the data relevant to the contract and presentation of the commercial - status of the handled projects with low complexity
- Implementation of project management specifications in relation to selected business processes (such as order-to-cash; month-end-closing (MEC); project controlling) at a national or international level
- Preparation, consolidation, analysis of the monthly, quarterly, annual financial status report according to the reporting rules (including accruals, WIP status, order backlog, etc.), interpretation and discussion of results as part of discussions at department level
- Participation in forecasting and budgeting activities at project level
- Preparation and implementation of a clear project reporting for the supervised projects
- Support in the project-related investment and purchasing process for external and internal cross-company suppliers in one area (assigned customers)

Requirements:
- A university degree (Bachelor) in accounting, finance or economics
Working experience in relevant field or in accounting, auditing or controlling is an advantage
- Experience with system and software e.g. SAP, Excel, etc. is a plus
- Proficient German and English language skills
- Experience in managing projects will be an advantage
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Numerate, high attention to detail and the ability to interpret and explain complex data
- Creative; out of the box thinking and result-oriented
- Excellent Networking and Interpersonal Skills
