Job Description
We are seeking talent with Salesforce / CPQ experience being responsible for the pro-active support of UK & I opportunities moving from quote to execute, with a focus on commercial adherence to drive CPQ utilisation. The Pricing Analyst will also focus on the development, delivery and maintenance of our innovative pricing tools (CPQ/SOTI) that will drive informed price decision making and directly impact strategic sales activity, for the support and management of the CPQ workflow.

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with advanced Excel and data analysis experience who is looking to advance into a role with greater commercial exposure in a highly challenging and fast paced environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the role through developing creative new ways of adding value to projects that directly impact the growth and profitability of Experian. You are probably wondering what you'll be doing:

Support the management of CPQ cases & workflow;
Identify improvement opportunities in the pricing tools and processes ;
Manage & deliver change through the admin tool (incl. price book updates);
Be a Subject Matter Expert for UK process;
Facilitate weekly review call to prioritise cases raised by Sales to the CRM support teams;
Raise & manage Ad hoc cases;
Actively help in identifying improvements and participate in User Acceptance Testing and signoff of improvements as they are released by development.
Qualifications
What you will bring:

Experience with CRM (ex: Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive) and CPQ systems (Ex: Salesforce, Callidus Cloud, Oracle) highly preferred;
Advanced Excel and data analysis experience;
Good organizational, project management and prioritisation skills;
Integrity in research/analysis and commitment to accuracy;
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment;
