Retention Specialist With English (Regulated Forex)

Responsibilities:
Communication with existing and potential clients over the phone;
Identifying client needs and reacting to their requests promptly and in a professional manner;
Ambition to meet the company and personal targets;
Staying up to date with the world's economic situation and financial markets.
Requirements:
Have a minimum 6 months of experience as a Retention Specialist;
Level of English (C1);
Have good knowledge about Forex and Crypto;
Persuasive and precise in negotiations and closing high-valued deals.
