Business Development Expert – Bank cards- София

General duties:
Responsible for carrying out projects related to bank cards business and plays a role of a connection between Bank cards department, internal departments and external parties;
Proposes implementation of new products and services related to bank cards;
Defines new processes with stakeholders and coordinates this activity internally;
Analyzes results, generates ideas, organizes initiatives and activities with a focus on improving the business of bank cards products and services;
Communicates with representatives of International Card Organizations for bank card related activities;
Responsible for the preparation and coordination of internal and external regulations, assignments, procedures related to bank cards;
Participates in the development of advertising creative concepts, marketing and sales materials;
Launching credit and debit cards campaigns in collaboration with internal departments and external partners;
Supporting the team and dealing with ad-hoc tasks that may come up.

Requirements:
Solid analytical skills, innovative thinking, project approach;
Strong presentation and communication skills;
Good documentation skills;
Pro-active, result oriented, team-player, able to work in a dynamic environment;
Ability to effectively organize the work process and meet deadlines;
Relevant University degree in Business/ Finance or other related field;
Professional business English knowledge;
Sound knowledge of MS office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);
Experience in a similar position.
