General duties:
Understand business requirements and translate them into business data models;
Design and maintain business data model for particular data domains, including fixing of data-related problems;
Discover data from primary and secondary sources, reorganize data in a format that can be easily understood by business;
Identify and effectively communicate trends and patterns using relevant data;
Collaborate with data engineers, data architects, data scientists and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications and develop data governance policies;
Deliver data to provide insights for the business using business intelligence tools e.g. Oracle BI, Power BI;
Create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process, duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary;
Stick to data architecture principles, identify the need and drive implementation of quality controls during data-transformation processes.

Requirements:
Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering/Economics or related field;
Technical skills and practical knowledge of database languages such as SQL, or Python; data visualization software such as Power BI;
At least 3 years’ experience as business/data analyst or developer in financial or technological company;
Strong analytical and documentation skills;
Good understanding of Enterprise DWH concept and modelling techniques is a plus;
Independent use of English is a plus;
Result oriented, team player, able to work in a dynamic environment.
