General duties
Continuous Improvement & Performance Excellence

Lead and support Lean Six Sigma initiatives across core and support banking processes.
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and root causes using data-driven analysis.
Facilitate problem-solving workshops (DMAIC, Kaizen, root cause analysis, value stream mapping).
Drive improvements in efficiency, quality, cost, customer experience, and turnaround time.
Define and track KPIs to measure process performance and benefits realization.
Process Optimization & Transformation Support

Collaborate with process owners to redesign and optimize end-to-end processes.
Ensure Lean Six Sigma initiatives are aligned with the bank’s strategic transformation goals.
Support automation and digitization initiatives by simplifying and standardizing processes.
Provide expert input during transformation projects, organizational changes, and system implementations.
Capability Building & Change Enablement

Coach and mentor teams on Lean Six Sigma principles, tools, and best practices.
Support certification journeys (Yellow / Green Belt) through training and hands-on guidance.
Promote a continuous improvement mindset and embed sustainable ways of working.
Support governance and standardization of improvement methodologies and tools.


Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Lean Six Sigma Consultant or Continuous Improvement Specialist.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with experience working with data, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Experience in process improvement within financial services or a complex organization is an advantage.
Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to influence change and drive improvements across multiple business areas.
