Currently we are looking for an ambitious and proactive person to support our team as an
Expert/Chief Expert Operational Risk Management, HO, Sofia

The position is part of DSK Group second line of defense (2LoD). It is within the Operational Risk Management section and belongs to the Risk Function of DSK Bank, under the responsibility of the Chief Risk Officer.


Job responsibilities:
• Analyze data related to operational risk events;
• Support the process for risk identification, measurement and assessment;
• Assist business units for the development and integration of risk mitigation measures;
• Maintain, upgrade and improve the applicable risk management framework and procedures;
• Participate in the business continuity planning and testing;
• Organize and update risk assessments of outsourced functions;
• Monitor the operational risk exposure and evaluate new or revised business processes in terms of operational risk;
• Participate in the internal capital allocation analysis process and stress testing in the field of operational risk management;
• Participate in self-assessment and scenario analysis campaigns, controls testing, key risk indicators development, calculation and analysis, regulatory and management reporting, etc.


You are the ideal candidate, if you have:
• University Degree Bachelor or Masters;
• Abilities to communicate in English;
• Analytical abilities;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
• Strong documentation skills;
• Ability to effectively organize your day at work and meet deadlines;
• Capabilities of a pro-active, result oriented, team-player, willing to work in a dynamic environment.
