Our client is an international company that is part of a multiple regulated investments firm (leading broker of online foreign exchange (forex) trading). Their Goal is to serve global traders with access to the world's largest and most liquid market.Retention Agent with German
Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients from all over the world by phone calls, chat, emails.
• Managing portfolio with existing clients and presenting them the best service plan for their needs.
• Ability to react on clients requests promptly in a professional and kindly manner.
• Keep up to date with the worlds' economic events and financial markets trends.
• Working directly with the team manager on making recommendations on both short and long-range of services plans, business promotions, strategies and other.
Requirements:
• Excellent English – both verbal and written.
• Previous experience as Retention in a fintech company will be considered with higher priority!
• Must have strong communication and negotiations skills.
• Team Player - open to share knowledge and experience - to help the Team performance and results.
• Able to think outside the box and ready to step out of his/her comfort zone.
• Has strong, energetic mindset and fighting spirit.
• Excellent computer skills.
