Position Title: CPQ Technical Architect
This role is an opportunity to be at the centre of helping drive and align sales and sales automation activities across global organisation, whilst providing insight on key capabilities that can impact sales performance. The CPQ Technical Architect will be responsible for working with the regions to take business requirements and translate them into user stories. This role will also be responsible for aligning the regions to our global standards within our CPQ and CRM environments. The Technical Architect will provide ongoing support for best practice enhancements post go-live and serving as subject matter expert for Configure Price Quote and Salesforce.

What you’ll be doing?
Understanding business objectives and translate business needs related to Product and Pricing setup for various business units, into actionable system development projects;
Playing key role as a subject matter expert on business systems primarily CPQ & Quote to Contract;
Managing relationships with key business stakeholders to help define and meet business priorities;
Managing project work, enhancements, and fixes, from the request and requirements stage;
Providing strategic technical insight with respect to CPQ
Co-ordinating and communicating process and system changes impact with cross-functional teams;
Providing best practices and ongoing guidance & support to the business;
Partnering with 3rd-party consultants and GCSS to accomplish goals.
What you’ll bring?
University Degree;
Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com and general CPQ concepts;
Technical Architect & Business Analyst experience working on Salesforce.com & CPQ Projects;
5+ years of experience with technical CRM & CPQ implementations;
Project Management experience;
Presentation and communication skills;
Excellent attention to detail;
Skills in Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio;
Understanding of Agile development methodologies;
Knowledge and experience of creating Process Flows, UI Mockups and Storyboards;
Experience and ability to work effectively across the matrix, geographies, and divisions, working in virtual teams, be flexible and enthusiastic;
Any of the below would be an advantage:
Salesforce.com Certifications
Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant Certification;
CPQ Certifications;
Agile Certifications.
