Job Description

The primary purpose of the Project Manager role is to help shape and deliver some of the key Global Finance Services (GFS) projects. The role offers considerable exposure to our global finance teams, senior leaders, and the wider business teams. The person in this role with be required to design, scope and effectively manage and lead the delivery of assigned projects from concept to implementation in line with relevant quality standards and practices. The type of programs will vary from financial processes migration and successful transition, transformation and optimization of already existent work process, to internal projects planning and successful execution.

What you’ll be doing?

· Lead the project from initiation to completion in the GFS;
· Establish at outset of the project work areas for the GFS including scope and time parameters;
· Ensure project requirements are fully defined and scoped through the coordination and management of necessary project resources;
· Ensure all stakeholders and partners are engaged and fulfilling their requirements;
· Prepare all necessary project documentation and ensure these are communicated to appropriate stakeholders for timely approvals;
· Establish defined project deliverables and goals and monitor progress against project milestone to ensure effective delivery and timely identification and resolution of issues which may impact on delivery;
· Establish and manage effective operational processes and procedures to deliver the required project outcomes;
· Lead projects with a focus on agile and lean methodologies to drive process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring?

· Experience of working in fast paced, results driven role within complex organisation;
· 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role, leading transition and transformation programs;
· PRINCE, PMP or equivalent qualification;
· Lean qualification – minimum green belt;
· Experience of working in a multinational / global organisation;
· Senior stakeholder exposure;
· Finance background or qualification is desirable
· Ability to lead change across the organisation and within the GFS, both on systems and processes;
· Ability to understand resource requirements to match support activities;
· Strong understanding of project management principles, documentation, project quality standards and relevant reporting requirements;
· Ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage various demands, demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills;
· Fluency in English.
