Position Title: Junior Financial Controller
We are currently looking for Junior Financial Controller to join our team.

The purpose of the Junior Controller role is ownership and responsibility for the accounting, finance & control processes for dedicated market within Experian, providing expert advice on accounting and governance matters.

What you’ll be doing?
Responsible for market Revenue, Cost, Balance Sheet and Operating Cash flow
Ensure all financial data is complete, accurate and all transactions are consistent with Experian’s accounting policies and IFRS.
Ensure excellent and consistent financial data quality.
Complete month/year end tasks in line with Experian requirements and close timetable.
Provide detailed, complete and informative monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Oversight and review of the transactions processed and reconciliations by our Shared Service Centre.
Partner with the business to ensure the contract repository is always complete.
Partner with the Billings Team to ensure an accurate and complete billing/invoicing schedule is maintained and supported with contractual evidence.
Ensure a strong and effective internal control and governance framework is in place, with revenue related financial data is complete, accurate and all transactions are consistent with Experian’s accounting policies and IFRS / local reporting requirements.
What you’ll bring?
Qualified accountant or graduate with experience in Accounting, FP&A and financial reporting desirable
Prior accounting, controlling, analysis and reporting experience in a multi-national business environment
Good understanding of financial management information principles and terminology
A strong drive to understand the commercial drivers of a business.
Numeric and analytical problem solving capabilities.
Presence, gravitas and ability to influence stakeholders in both finance and non-finance roles.
Ability to communicate numerical information in an easy to understand manner.
Adaptability to change and a proven track record of working in a fast -paced matrix organisation and with key working relationships being geographically remote.
Knowledge and understanding of technical accounting – e.g. revenue recognition, capex, etc.
Excellent English language skills.
