Job Description

The Senior Credit Control Specialist is responsible for making sure that all Experian clients are paying on time. Also, he/she is constantly working for reducing the aged debt and maximise the cash collection of the company. He/she is the Subject Matter Expert in the assigned area.

What you’ll be doing?

· Liaising with clients over the phone and via email through Oracle Advanced Collections to ensure prompt payment;
· Managing an experienced ledger of high spending clients with challenging & complexed accounts;
· Driving debt calls with clients and internal stakeholders along with supporting team members on debt calls;
· Lead on the buddy system with new starters;
· Training New Starters;
· Leading the team in the absence of the AR Supervisor;
· Contributing to the AR Senior management working group;
· Supporting the interview process of new recruits;
· Reconciliations of accounts;
· Hitting monthly, quarterly and annual collections targets;
· Resolving queried debt;
· Debt reporting;

Qualifications

What you’ll bring?

· 3 years’ experience in credit control collections methods;
· Relevant higher education degree;
· Knowledge of Oracle (desirable).
· Experience in all level Stakeholder management;
· Experience in leading or managing a team;
· Fluency in written and spoken English.
