Thus related, we are looking for a front-line goal oriented professional to join our Marketing and Digital Sales team as

Message delivery manager

What you will do in brief:

· Ownership of Messages delivery process (sending SMS, Push notifications, E-mails) to clients. Messages include both informational, transactional and marketing information;· Managing contracts with message providers, including price optimization, invoicing, etc.;
· Project management (preparation of business requirements, tests and trainings) for building infrastructure of messages delivery in Bank’s systems. Intansive cooperation with IT department;
· Monitoring of messages performance (based on pre-defined KPIs) and incident escalation in case of emergency;
· Messages template upgrade and coordination with internal units;
· Regular and ad-hoc reporting of messages sent by channel, type, etc.
· Optimization: generate optimization proposals toward meeting business requirements and cost efficiency. Following the latest innovations in the messaging to clients.

What we require from you:

· Experience in Telecoms or other relevant experience related with messages delivery;
· Administrative experience and ability to manage contracts and relationships with external providers;
· Strong analytical skills and ability to formulate mid and long term strategy for messages delivery in DSK Bank;
· Organizational skills and ability to lead projects including different departments;
· University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s);
· Advanced level of English language, both written and spoken;
· Very good communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
· Sound decision making skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and good prioritization skills are an advantage.
